KARMAS

        There is something known as 'Prabathi' margam or path. Simply put, it is the path of total surrender to God.
There are three types of karma which accrue during life. Praartham, Sanjitham, and Aakaamyam. What is the nature of these karmas? Why are they three? A karma is a karma - by whatever name you may call it. But why have three? Instead of one? May be one of  these days, I will try to explain this in very very simple terms. 
        A person has to live out the outcome of his past karmas. But in the proses, he obtains more karmas. This accumulated karma might be lived out during the same life. Or it may determine the next birth and be carried forward into the next birth.
So, it goes about that the next karma is determined and whatever happens therein is already ordained.
And the Supreme God is the Lord and Master of everything that happens. 
What you get in life is what has been given. 
        There is nothing you should do.
The duty of a thinking living being, is to surrender totally to God. Let Him/Her decide on what He/She wishes to give/do.
Dont try to know the future. 
With that knowledge, your actions might get modified voluntarily or involuntarily. 
What will you do?
Whatever you do would defy the Overlordship of the Lord Himself.
So, Prabathi marga in its absolute form prohibits consulting the predictive sciences like astrology, palmistry, etc. 
Dont dabble with what is in store.
Whatever will be, will be.
